I am Jepthe. Team Leader, Sped and Swim Teacher and a proud Network Marketer. Now you might wonder how I am able to juggle all this work in a week but the truth of the matter is I CAN. Before all these blessings came, I was striving to educate myself, up to this day I read through books that can support whatever believes I have in life and also in my work. I was a Food Technology graduate but I guess I was pushed to a different path when the call center industry sprouted in major cities in the metros many years ago. I will not be taking you through how I ended up with these skills and learning that I am able to share with particular clientele and of course my special kids, since this is my medium on how to help and guide you through your MLM experience, let me share how I was introduced to this very controversial industry.
When I came to Manila in 2002, I wanted to immediately, like most fresh graduates, to be able to find a good stable job. Since my undergraduate has not been very in demand those days, the opportunities were really small. And so I run around the metro applying for whatever post I can actually see (this is very typical). I heard of this Networker who bought a FERRARI when Korina Sanches when she aired an episode about how he made his way to the top. And so when I spotted the BRAND in the newspaper, I immediately contacted the person. I was amazed on how the names of the MILLIONAIRES were posted on a space dedicated for them, I can only dream. And so the orientation came with an ending of a man crying his heart out because of happiness, he was pointing to ceiling ( i mean heaven) oh men! I wanna feel what he was feeling! And so my eagerness to sign up came and my sponsor would only talk about how she was able to buy her "HONDA" car already and how proud she was that she was able to drive it in EDSA. And so the dreaming in the bus going home kept on until i reached my place. Things didn't go well and I ended up disappointed and frustrated. All my dreaming did not transpire I ended up broke and it did not feel well.
What went wrong?
I didn't stop there, I invested in that thing with the QUADRANT and that thing with the PORTAL --- i ended up in big debt (sorry plastic card, he was really harassed!)

I needed assistance but I did not know what to do to be able to DUPLICATE my team, as a matter of fact, I did not have a team. Crazy!
Wait a minute! It took me years to realize that the answer was right in front of me, in fact it is within me. A child needs to go through all the schooling and teaching before he is able to master formative abilities and educational progress. ------ Yeah, I am a Teacher! Mentor! Coach! - - - I guess I should have continued my story on my education. The point is, the clear answer was LEARN, LEARN, LEARN and ASK - but we need to ASK the RIGHT People.
Well good news for me, I found mentors to guide me in my network marketing learning. It's not going to be a breeze but I know I am with the right people.
